I have just started with vatsim and fs inn/fs copilot.
I would like to have my microfon and headset working but it doesnot.
I think it has to do with the settings.
Noticed there are several settings like teamspeak and rogerwilco and VVL.
What is the best setting for me so I can use my headset incl. the microfon.
where and what do I have to fill in so its running well.
Could some one give me some exemples and teach me a little.
I am rather new especially on vatsim and fsinn etc.
thanks in advanced

Hi, Doeke. Sorry for this late reply. I actually typed a reply to your message immediately yesterday. It appears that I may have clicked review and never clicked post after writing my message.

First Teamspeak has nothing to do with VATSIM. There is a way to configure Roger Wilco to work with VATSIM, but it’s not necessary since VVL is a VATSIM protocol and is already designed and setup to work by default.

If you’ve made some changes that you’re not sure of, you might consider uninstalling then reinstalling FSCopilot/FSInn according to the instructions in this link:

FSInn up and running in quick and easy 4 steps:
http://flightsim.apollo3.com/docs/fsinn/connectiontovatsim.htm

After you’ve followeded those steps closely, take a look at the Sound section of the linked FSInn/VATSIM FAQ:

FSInn/VATSIM FAQ:
http://www.apollo3.com/ljames/fsinn/vatsim/faq

The sound section discusses how to change and test the different devices you have on your system. Run those test and report what you experience.
