While browsing the various forums where people post problems with FSInn, I noticed this thread:

I’m glad to see that the person resolved the issue by performing one of the items provided in the VATSIM’s FSInn Help Forum Please read sticky. If the resolution hadn’t been there, it would have been an occasion to place a new resolution in the stickies for the users convenience.
The Support Guy used one of the steps in the First of the Two messages, “Installed FSInn Fresh”, which almost always works.
I would have loved to have gone over a few of the steps with the user. I would have advised checking the FSInn/VATSIM FAQ item #8 (that refers to Addons). The fresh install resolved that issue, whereas the addon’s fix might have reserved the user’s configuration.
While the steps might be mocked, they work! and save many users lots of time. The occasion remains extremely rare that a user has to go further in resolving their issue.
