Hi,
I just installed Windows 7. FSX went in perfect.
I installed FSInn and FSCopilot and when I started up FSX I get a "Run-Time error". Any idea on how to fix the problem.
Thanks,
Gerry

Will you send me images of the properties of your fsx.exe and FSInnUI.exe files from the compatibilities tab?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm very new to Windows 7 as I was using XP. Could you explain what you mean by the images of the properties of my fsx.exe and FSInnUI.exe files from the compatibilities tab.
Much thanks again,
Gerry

Hi, GerryR. By your response it seems that you missed that part of the installation steps. Take a look at the Quick Installation steps on the front page, http://flightsim.apollo3.com . This is referenced in Step 2A (Vista and Windows 7 specific). All the steps including this one is important.
For Windows 7 you can perform this step by finding your FSX.exe file. If you used the default installation you can find it by typing this (or copying and pasting this text) into Windows 7 Start Button area (minus the quotes), then click on Microsoft Flight Simulator X to go there:
“%programfiles%\microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator”
Right Click on FSX.exe. You might not see the “.exe” part of the file, but you can tell it by the Airplane icon picture. After you right click, click Properties -> Compatibility -> (Check) Run this program as administrator.
Do this only for the FSX.exe file. Don’t put any checkmarks in any of the other files (as mentioned in the installation guide).

Thanks L.D. Your right on as always. FSInn is now working perfect.
The only thing that's happening is on start-up, I'm getting a pop-up asking me if I want to allow the following program to make changes to the computer. Refering to Flight Simulator. Is this normal? I click allow and FS starts.
Thank you very much,
Gerry
