Hi, Alim. First I'll mention that I'm moving this topic over to the FSInn Help forum. This is an area for topics that don't have a specific forum.
Also, look at the Quick Install Steps on our front page, http://flightsim.apollo3.com . Follow them and you shouldn't have any problems.
Notice that the "Load Servers Button" isn't included as a step.
Will you post a followup with the exact steps that you're doing on your computer. Use that sheet as a guide. I'll look at what you post to try to see what you're missing.
Also, with your followup with you give some information about your system such as:
OS and patch level
Version of Flight Simulator and patch level
Third party firewall antivirus program
Version of FSInn

Ok. For one, you're looking at the wrong place for a list of servers. The Quick Install sheet gives a link for that. There’s no need to click on the “load severs button” that’s why it isn’t mentions.
What about the other steps in the installation guide.
Also, you mentioned your Flight Simulator and FSInn Version, but you didn’t tell us your OS and path level and Third party firewall/antivirus program.
What are those?
