All hello. I have a problem. I use FSX and FSINN (there is a small server for flights on FSD) At flight at height more than 12000 foots, temperature very big, from +25. How to make normal temperature since weather on server FSD is adjusted correctly and METAR on the earth shows correct temperature. On FS9 all works normally
I hope that you to me will help to understand this question. And taking an opportunity I want to thank L.D.James for the help which it gives in this forum. Thanks James!

Test the workaround provided in the Installation link in the top of this forum at http://flightsim.apollo3.com . It's labeled "FSInn Quick Install Steps". It's in the troubleshooting section.

James, thanks, I have understood that there is such way. But I would like that all it occurred at level FSINN. I.e. As in FS9 I am simply connected to the server, and weather automatically works on FL245. I.e. not to use CAVOK, and not to use other programs, for example Active Sky.

You don't have to use Activesky or any third party weather to use FSInn's weather. However, with FSX you have to use the provided workaround to use FSInn's weather. It doesn't involve anything else but FSInn and the workaround steps from the Installation instructions.
For FSX, there's no other way.
By the way, did you test it?
