Hi, Peter. There is a problem with your registration. Will you check either the email or PM that I sent to you and reply to either (or this message) so that we can fix it.

You’re welcome, Peter.

First I would like to suggest taking care to eliminate the obvious by following closely the FSInn Quick Install Steps ( http://flightsim.apollo3.com/docs/fsinn/connectiontovatsim.htm) and the troubleshooting section. This relieves more than 9 out of 10 problems reported.

If after having followed those steps to the letter, the next thing to address would be the integrity of the FSX installation or the OS installation.

Try doing a clean uninstall of FSCopilot/FSInn, this time follow the Quick Installation link and let us know how it works from that point. As it’s mentioned in the install link, third party firewall/antivirus programs are common sources of problems. Use the FSInn/VATSIM FAQ link suggestion of uninstalling your third party firewall/antivirus program to see if this resolves the immediate issue.
