I've followed the instructions in the fsd server package, The log files says we are up but no whazzup file is present and I cannot connect.

any ideas?

How are you doign, Newb. Check for what you have the "whazzup=" configured for in your config file. Make sure it points to a filename in a directory that is reader and writable by the same user ID as the process running the fsd server.

Under normal circumstances this will be:

[path to your webroot]/whazzup/whazzup.txt

In this case, make sure that the [path to your webroot]/whazzup directory is writable by your fsd server process. If you used the startup script of the fsd1110.tar.gz file this userID will be fsd.
