Hello Larry et al:
I thought I would post the same problem here as I did on the vatsim forums (maybe someone here would have some more ideas).
Here's the problem:
I've tried both 1.2 and 1.3 and have followed the MCDU flash tutorial. When I click on the FSInn panel on FS9, it loads up with a "Green" FSInn icon on top, and NO Vatsim Icon on the left side. When I click on the "Green" Fs Inn icon it acts as if it is doing something for two or three seconds but defaults back to how it was before. The "Connecting to Multiplayer Session" window never pops up.
FWInn icon is on my toolbar and so is the AI Bridge. The icon with 6 colored dots is:
Red -- Red
Red -- Green
Red -- Yellow
Oh, and I have run the FS9Tools.exe program.
Any suggestions?
I'm running FS9.1 on a Windows XP (32bit) system.

Sounds like a connection issue. Check the FSInn/VATSIM FAQ ( http://hera.apollo3.com/ljames/fsinn/vatsim/faq ) for the fixes referring to connection problems. Try the loopback first, then the third party firewall/antivirus fixes. Continue each one, one by one and report the results.

No change on either. I installed the loopback driver. Disabled my firewall and antivirus.
No luck.:(

The FAQ doesn't say disable.

Question 14: If this fails, try disabling your third party firewall/antivirus program.
Anyways, since the first two lights on the toolbar are red which indicate a lack of communication from FSInn/FS9 and FWInn/FSInn, would it be safe to say that this is the problem. Does FSUIPC have anything to do with FSInn? I know it plays a role with SB3.

I'm sorry, I probably should remove that part. Read the next paragraph after than sentence. It should clarify it better.
FSInn doesn't use FSUIPC.

Are you able to see/connectto the FSInn session in the FS9 Multiplayer menu?

How are you doing, Wil.
At times it takes me a few hours to review the thread history and search for the best remedy/check.
Can you tell me if you’re able to find the FSInn session after using 127.0.0.1 for the IP address search in FS9’s multiplayer menu?
Also, do you have the fscopilot.dll in the FS9’s modules directory?

127.0.0.1 Does not show anything (after pressing the search button a couple of times)
The .dll file is in the modules folder
