Editing Message of the Day (motd)

this just started today. have any idea whats going on.
when i go into the adminsettings then goto select motd
this error pops up it was working a few days ago

Can't open motd file (/home/fsd/unix/motd.txt).

problem resolved

problem resolved
it was a permission issue the user i had FSD
account got messed up some how. so i had to delete
the user and create a new one. that fixed the problem i had
now its working.
